Anyone know a Cuban “Carne con Papas” recipe using a pressure cooker to make it?

I received a pressure cooker for Christmas but it didn’t come with any recipes. I am Cuban and this dish used to be a favorite of mine.

    Mi hija – Put all of the ingredients in (don’t forget the wine!) except for the papas. Depending on the size of the meat, bleed the pressure off about 15 minutes before it’s done and add your papas, check the liquid level. Close, build up the pressure and turn the flame down and cook for 15 mins.

    If you put the papas in when you do the meat they are likely to fall apart on you.
