What is your favorite pressure cooker recipe?
I like to cook beef roast.I flour the roast and brown it and cut up some onions and brown them.Then cook it in the pressure cooker.SOOOO YUMMMMMY. What about you?

cooking tuff meat cuts or anything thats on a bone in a pressure cooker is the best. tender meat or meat falling off the bone, yummmmm
