I wouldn’t suggest using a pressure cooker for sushi rice. It needs to be a pretty specific texture, and you’re just not going to get that from a pressure cooker.
Often, people think that making rice, in general, is somehow difficult. It’s not! It’s extremely simple-you just have to be mindful of time, that’s all, and if you have a kitchen timer it takes all the work out for you! Here are a couple of recipes that I found:
