How do you cook beans in a pressure cooker so that they taste like canned?

I don’t want the skins to come off and float and I want not overcooked but now matter how I adjust the cooking time, something is wrong. It’s a jiggletop pressure cooker.

Canned beans are cooked beans that are canned. So not sure that you can get the same taste. Read the directions for the pressure cooker carefully, the manufacturer normally gives recipes that work with appliance. There is also recipes online and cookbooks just for pressure cookers. gl

    PLEASE!!! Never cook dried
    beans in a pressure cooker!!!
    Beans will get foamy which
clogs up the steam vent which causes pressure to rise, which causes the cooker to BLOW!
    Never cook anything in the
cooker that will foam…like rice or any dried grains.
