I cooking some beans in a pressure cooker which have been soaked over-night. I have no idea how many minutes are needed after it begins to “steam” through the valve. Anybody know?

You didn’t say what type of bean you have, it could be between 5-10 mins for soaked beans. Go to your browser and type in “pressure cooker cooking time” there’s a chart there
