I never use pressure cooker in fears of the safe problem, maybe I am a coward. But I have found pressure cooker appears in more and more recipes.
So I decided to get one to my kichen.
Questions are:which brand is more safe?which one is more easy-to-use?

We have a Mirromatic (stove top) that we have used for about 15 years, never any problems. A friend had an electric one that never seemed to work correctly, she tossed it and got a Mirromatic.

Don“t bother about safety. More than your kitchen is dirty will not happen.
I guess today all pressure cookers are good. The difference is — how long you will get parts, cause it rubber parts, that have to be changed now and then. I have a Fissler from the mid seventies and it still works.
