How to cook a corned beef brisket in a pressure cooker?

Can I prepare a corned beef brisket in a pressure cooker? How can I do this? I have never used the pressure cooker before…

    Yes, it can be done. Did an instruction manual come with your pressure cooker? It will tell you what pressure it is set to. The most common is 10 PSI, but some can be 5. A pressure canner can go to 15 PSI. The pressure of your cooker will determine cooking time.

    P.S. Pay close attention to the instruction to “.. pressure to escape on its own”. Do not try to open the pot until it has come down to ambient pressure. You can get badly burned if you open too early.
