How to make jojo potatoes in a pressure cooker?

I visit a place every weekend and usually buy jojo potatoes, one day I asked them if they were fried or baked and he said pressure cooked, I am wondering if anyone has a recipe with directions on how to make jojo potatoes in a pressure cooker. Please note I just got a pressure cooker so step-by-step directions are appreciated.
Ms.Priss, can you include directions on exactly what you mean and what ingredients are needed. Thanks!

Well sometimes when the places say that they are pressure cooked, that is true but they are rolled in seasoned flour, and then deep fried int the pressure cooker.. That is how i do mine, i first the jojo’s and then i wash them and roll them in my flour mixture, with the seasoning that i want, and then i put them in the fridge for about 30 min so they get cold, and then flour sticks and then i drop them into the pressure cooker, and set the timer and then i have my jojo’s
