Okay Every recipe I have found says that i need to make the potato mash with a pressure cooker. I do not have a pressure cooker. How would i be able to make the mash without the cooker?

you can make it by taking malted grain, or a malt extract in place of the potato mash.
you do know that except for New Zealand, this is highly illegal in the rest of the world, don’t you?
