I want to cook a pork roast in pressure cooker.?

The recipes I’ve seen say to set an insert in pressure cooker & then add pork roast. Do I need one and where do find one? I also need a simple/basic recipe (for pressure cooker) if anyone has one I really would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

The insert should have come with the cooker. If not you might find one that works at a kitchen stuff store. It just keeps the roast from burning to the bottom.

Why use a pressure cooker on a pork roast? You will have to be very careful because it will fall apart very quickly on you. The reason I use a pessure cooker is to tenderize a tough meat which pork is not. A crock pot will give you the best meal with a pork roast and is much easier.
