Any hardware store should have them. I’ve also seen them at our local Wal-Mart.

Any good retail store that sells kitchen items such as pot and pans and outlets that sell hospitality ware.
You can get them at Target or if you want to buy online, do a google for pressure cookers and you’ll get a bunch of places you can order them.
most department stores sell them. just need to determine what size you need. sears, wal-mark, k-mart, etc..

You should be able to buy them just about anywhere that sells kitchen items. Discount stores, department stores, maybe even some drug stores.
