I need to know the receipe for the stuffing ( ground round ), but what other ingrediants and how much do you add? Also cooking them in a “pressure cooker”.

STUFFED GREEN BELL PEPPERS
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. white rice
12 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 med. sized green bell peppers
Cook white rice with 1 1/2 cups of water. Combine hamburger and ground pork and mix with salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce. Mix in cooked rice.
Cut tops off and clean out the green peppers. Stuff with meat and rice mixture and place in cooking pan. Preheat oven to 275 degrees and bake for 1 hour or until well baked on top. Serves 6.
Ingredients:
5 sweet bell peppers
1 pound ground beef
3 cups cooked white rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can corn
1 egg
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Clean bell peppers and remove seeds
Brown ground beef in skillet. Add onion to ground beef and cook until clear and tender. Add beef to cooked rice.
Drain corn and add to rice mixture. Stir in egg and add spices.
Spoon filling into peppers. Place in slow cooker and pour tomatoes over top. Cook on medium setting until peppers tender and filling heated through.
