Which part of the pressure cooker would go faulty first under normal usage?

I got a new pressure cooker, just want to be careful with those vulnerable parts to keep the cooker last.

    The seal around the lid,They crack after if made of rubber or any other textile.

    The gasket can deteriorate with time, but these are replaceable.

    ~~ The user at least it was my experience it blew up on me when the hole that releases the steam got clogged
